The surrounding area predominantly consists of agriculture and woods, with multi-family residential housing sporadically interspersed. The last 2 miles of the project change to a curb and gutter typical section and have more residential housing along the roadway. A majority of the project is lined with open cut ditches that will be shifted out due to the widening of the L line. In areas where the typical section went from shoulder to curb and gutter, grass lined ditches were used to maximize vegetative conveyance.1223 Jones Franklin RoadNorth Carolina Department of TransportationHighway Stormwater Program STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR NCDOT PROJECTSProject Type:113 Airport DriveAddress:General Project InformationR-4705WBS Element:Roadway WideningWBS Element:Wetherill Engineering / Kevin AlfordNCDOT Contact:252-482-1861Raleigh NC, 27606Contractor / Designer:919-851-8077pcwilliams2@ncdot.govEdenton, NC 27932Address:1/4/2022MartinRobersonvillePaul WilliamsSuite 100River Basin(s): City/Town:48.1Typical Cross Section Description: Surrounding Land Use: General Project Narrative:(Description of Minimization of Water Quality Impacts)NoAgriculture, Woodlands, Residential, IndustrialCollie Swamp Tributary 1Roanoke28-103-435.09.65Project DescriptionProposed ProjectTar-PamlicoSupplemental Classification: (NSW)Swamp Waters (Sw) Wetlands within Project Limits?
