The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) 401 Oversight and Express Review Permitting Unit has received
and reviewed the July 31, 2007 response to our July 9 letter for additional information pertaining to the
Onsite Mitigation Plan for the above-referenced project.
The response provided the required information. Based on the plan and the response, the proposed
mitigation plan is acceptable.
Once the mitigation activities are completed at the site, please forward as-built drawings to this office,
and proceed with the site monitoring as outlined in the plan.
