Previously, DCM issued the attached consistency concurrence (CD17-018) on June 16, 2017 for the overall project TIP U-4751 & R-3300. At that time, the TIP R-3300 section of the project was unfunded and it did not have a final design. Subsequently, DCM issued a supplemental consistency concurrence under CD 17-018 on June 25, 2020 for the construction of R-3300B when the final design for that section was done. Attached please find a WORD document requesting your agency’s comments. An e-mail response is also acceptable. Please let me or Stephen Lane know if you have any questions or concerns.
