Reason for Visit: Routine
Inspection Summary:
System is not operating. All gw remediation componets are in place and the system can be turned on if necessary although
there are no near term plans to operate. GW sampling is conducted on a qtr? basis on select wells. The above ground part
of the system appear to be in good condition. It was noted that the holding tank has a lid that is removed by unscrewing,
with the potential for unauthorized access. Wells EW-9A, EW-8, EW-9, EW--10, IW-7, IW-5, IW-4, 1W--2, IW-6, IW-3, IW-1,
MW-5, MW-16, MW-24s/d, MW--11 B. Some wells were noted to require new locaks, new caps, and few wells did not have
well tags. These issues were addressed in the email sent by the permittee rep on 2-8-22. Overall the permitteed system was
in very good condition.
