Dear Daniel,

This letter is in response to your February 3, 2022, letter to Springdale Country Club
attached.

Per your inspection letter and Notice of Violation, we violated the daily maximum for
TSS with a 72 mg/L on 12/14/21 which resulted in a monthly average TSS violation of
34.68 mg/L. This was a sampling event I conducted while the operator was on vacation
and effluent appeared clear with trace fines present. I did not expect the TSS received.
We adjusted air and wasting as part of our ongoing adjustments.
