Dear Ms. Armeni,
Per the Notice of violation for Pigeon Valley Rest Home WWTP; the Solids, Total
Suspended -Concentration exceeded the daily maximum due to the air line on the clarifier
having a hole on the side that was letting out a significant amount of air, which caused
the Dissolved Oxygen level to drop below optimal operating tolerance, thus causing the
Solids, Total Suspended -Concentration to exceed the daily maximum on 12/15/21 . The
air line has been repaired and the plant is in accordance to permit. Analysis following the
repair have been within normal limits.
