The Division will issue a corrected AtC to include two final clarifiers. Construction activities are ongoing. The last compliance evaluation inspection at this facility was performed by DWR staff on 8/1/19. Discharge monitoring reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period December 2020 through November 2021. Effluent daily maximum BOD violations were reported in March 2021 and April 2021. The Division has previously addressed these limit violations through the issuances of a Notice of Deficiency (March 2021) and Notice of Violation (April 2021). The ORC must ensure all process control measurements (settleability tests, MLSS measurements, etc.) are documented as required by 15A NCAC 2B .0506 (c)(3) and subject NPDES Permit.
