Thank you for meeting me 2/1/2022 at Pro Cleaners (Groundwater Remediation Permit No. WQ0035324, DSCA ID#
DC920001), 8377 Creedmoor Road in Raleigh, for the compliance inspection. The minor deficiencies you noted during
your visit were taken care today, 2/8/2022. Repairs are list below, along with attached photos. Additionally, we did
notify the central office of the system shutdown on August 20, 2020, see attached email. Thank you again, and please
reach out if you have any questions.
• Holding tank — Lock and chain added to cover
• EW-8 — replaced vault gasket
• EW-9A— new well tagged added and affixed
• MW-5 — replaced old well cap with new
• MW-8B — replaced old well cap with new
• MW-11B — affixed well tag
• MW-12 — replaced old manhole gasket with new
• MW-24S/D — replaced old 1" & 2" well caps with new
