Good Afternoon IRT,
Wildlands Engineering, Inc. provided draft mitigation plans to our office on February 3, 2022 for the
establishment of the Wildlands Catawba 01 Umbrella Mitigation Bank— Double Rock Mitigation Site
(SAW-2020-01532), located in Alexander County in the Catawba River Basin (8-digit HUC:
03050101). This email provides notification for the start of the NCIRT review period for the Draft
Mitigation Plan Review in accordance with Section 332.8(d)(7) of the Mitigation Rule. The 30-day
review period will begin in 5 days.
The draft mitigation plan can be found on the RIBITs website at the following link:

You must be signed into RIBITs to download the files, which are located in the Cyber Repository for
the Bank. If you would like a hard copy of the plan, please let me know and I will arrange to have a
