I guess I missed that when I edited it (both the project and the county…). Sorry about that. The edited PCN letter is attached. It is a culvert/pipe on SR 1701 and will be replaced with another culvert/pipe. Lori – this is in regard to the PCN letter for Surry 2266 (ID SAW-2021-02605). I accidently had Alleghany 5/Ashe County in the subject section….please replace the letter in the PCN with this one. Thanks! The approval letter has it listed as a Culvert Replacement on SR 1701, the BIMS name and the actual ePCN in the files has it listed as Surry Pipe 2266 Replacement while the PCN cover letter in the project folder states it is for Alleghany Bridge 5 Replacement in a Ashe County. I need to know that the approval letter matches the project file number project and then figure out why we have a cover letter for a bridge replacement – was it a bridge to culvert?
