A review of the December 2021 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the subject facility revealed the deficiency indicated
below:

The sampling occurred in January and June of 2021 for both Parameters, the Deficiency is due to no sampling occurring in
July -December of 2021. Semi-annual sampling is to be split between the first half of the year and the second half of the year.
Ideally at two different seasons for representative sampling.
Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of Water Resources
for these and any additional violations of State law. The Asheville Regional Office encourages you to take all necessary
actions to bring your facility into compliance.
