I just heard back from our folks in Raleigh. Your 401 is valid. You will not need to reapply. Let me know if you
have any further questions. The reissued NW14s are good from February 25, 2022 until March 14, 2026.

Hi Dave,
I wanted to coordinate with you regarding continued coverage under the subject Water Quality cert. We were hoping to
have the project awarded by March 18, 2022 which would have allowed us 12 months of coverage; however, the
revised date of February 25 will preclude our ability to commence/award work prior to the expiration date of the NWP
and corresponding WQC. I have not been able to find any information about the 2022 NCDEQ WQC. Can you provide
me with any guidance of how to proceed? Do we need to initiate another 45 day notification period and/or make
another permit fee payment, submit an application etc.? Can we do that now? Please let me know,
