The Mooresville Regional Office received and reviewed the 2019 Annual Report on July 7th, 2010. The form
submitted indicates there was no land application activity conducted under this permit during 2019.
This was the final annual report for this permit which was rescinded in December 2019. The facility has not
utilized this permit for years due to reduced production. Lagoon bottom residuals may be managed by pump
and haul or via land application contractors as plant operations dictate the need for removal.
