MAINTENANCE PLAN
1.Inspect all sedimentation and Erosion Control devices for stability and function each week and following each rainfall event.
Remove silt/sediment from temporay devices when accumulated volume has reached 50% capacity.
Remove accumulated silt/sediment from behind temporary sediment fence when depth exceeds approximately 05'.
Repair and replace silt fence as necessary.
Seed and stabilize temporary diversion berms immediately after construction Including 'clean' water diversion berms.
Re--gg""ade/r=r berms as required.
Gom7h^actor stxm11 appoint an on'slte inspector ad maintain records of Inspections in accordance wlth the provlsions of
the general NPOES 5ta rNater discharge point for construction actMties.

GENERAL NOTES
1. Borrow and/or waste areas (Note: If the same person conducts the land -disturbing activity & any related
borrow or waste activity, the related borrow or waste activity shall constitute part of the land -disturbing
activity unless the borrow or waste activity is regulated under the Mining Act of 1971, or is a landfill
regulated by the Division of Waste Management. If the land -disturbing activity and any related borrow or
waste activity are not conducted by the same person, they shall be considered separate land -disturbing
activities and must be permitted either through the Sedimentation Pollution Control Act as a one -use
borrow site or through the Mining Act.)
