can be terminated,the erosion control plan must be closed out. Contact Zac Lentz in the DEQ Winston-Salem
Regional Office to schedule a final erosion control inspection and obtain close-out documentation.
Please submit a new NOT request once you have the close-out documentation. You can use the same NOT
