There was a discrepancy between the denuded area on the approved Erosion
Control Plans and the Grading Letter of Approval/NOI application. This error has
been corrected and the denuded area on the Grading Letter of Approval has been
updated and approved by the City of Charlotte to match the value on the approved
Erosion Control Plans. This updated area is 6.82 acres. We would like to make sure
this updated value is also reflected in the NCDEQ system.
You must upload supporting documentation below. Do not upload E&SC Plans unless specific plan
sheets are the only documentation with approval for revised acres of disturbance, etc. (only upload
applicable sheets).
For changes to the legally responsible individual, you must upload this form.

or monitoring device or method required to be operated or maintained under this Article or rules of the Commission implementing this Article shall
