OK with me, when we discussed before since there were a few new parcels and one old one
that was dropped, you asked me to submit a pcn and a JD request for the new parcels but
indicated no site visit was necessary. I am fine proceeding as you suggest just wanted to
explain why I did what I did. You are correct total impacts have not changed, so can we have
the mitigation provider use the old paper work?

Kevi n,
It appears that the fill footprints and amounts have not changed, only the design has changed.
Currently the project has an existing valid NWP verification for those proposed fills. I have
made note of the new design changes and updated our file. Nothing further is needed from
this office. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

James, just checking into to see where this PCN stands it was delivered on 12/9 and I realize
you have to coordinate with agencies but since there were 2 previous permits issued I do not
expect any issues from them, I thought it might be one that you were just letting the clock run
out on since a previous plan with the same impacts but some different parcels had been

James, this is the project we discussed earlier this fall that has an existing valid permit (first
issued by Shaeffer prior to 2017 then another after 2017 by Tasha) but the site plan changed
and a parcel was dropped and 3 small parcels were added (I sent a JD request in for those
earlier this fall), this application was hand delivered to your office Friday but I figure you would
want a digital version, let me know if you have questions

As usual there is a lot of info like soil surveys and usgs that the Corps already has so I did not
resubmit, if there is anything along those lines you want again let me know I will be glad to
send so you do not have to search for it.
