wastewater discharge permit

the proposed permit will be
accepted until 30 days after
the publish date of this
notice. The Director of the
NC Division of Water
Resources (DWR) may hold
a public hearing should there
be a significant degree of
public interest. Please mail
comments and/or informa-
tion requests to DWR at the
above address. Interested
persons may visit the DWR

Carolina 28540 has applied
for renewal of NPDES
permit NC0062294 for its
Rock Creek Golf & Country
Club WWTP in Onslow
County. This permitted facil-
ity discharges treated waste-
water to the New River, clas-
sified C-NSW waters, in the
White Oak River Basin.
Currently, ammonia nitro-
gen, fecal coliform, total
residual chlorine, dissolved
oxygen and total phosphorus
are water quality limited.
This discharge may affect
future allocations in this
portion of the watershed.
Carolina Water Service Inc.,
of NC, P.O. Box 240908, Char-
lotte, North Carolina 28224
has applied for renewal of
NPDES permit NC0031577 for
its White Oak Estates WWTP
in Onslow County. This
permitted facility discharges
treated wastewater to North-
east Creek in the White Oak
River Basin. Currently,
BOD, ammonia nitrogen,
total residual chlorine, total
phosphorus and dissolved
oxygen are water quality
limited. This discharge may
affect future allocations in
this portion of the watershed.
Carolina Water Service Inc.
of NC, P.O. Box 240908, Char-
lotte, North Carolina 28224
has applied for renewal of
NPDES permit NC0032239 for
its Regalwood WWTP in
Onslow County. This permit-
ted facility discharges
treated wastewater to North-
east Creek in the White Oak
River Basin. Currently, total
residual chlorine and total
phosphorus are water quality
limited. This discharge may
affect future allocations in
this portion of the watershed.
