The enclosed documents include a Pre - Construction Notification (PCN) for Nationwide Permit 7 for shoreline impacts to allow a stormwater management structure. There are also minimal impacts to an established RPA for this water - related activity. The Charles Luck Stone Center is requesting authorization for this activity under a general permit from NCDENR in association with the NWP from the Corps. Forms and plan sheets are enclosed, as well as a check for the permit fee. If I may be of further assistance, please call (804) 476 -6404, or contact me via email ( markdwilliams @luckcompanies.com).
