NOV-2022-LV-0044 Per your letter the 9-8-21 sample event exceeded the daily max for BOD 32.3 mg/L, NH3N 33.2 mg/L and TSS 10.8 mg/L. The 9-22-21 sampling event exceeded the daily max BOD 18.5 and NH3N 9.4 mg/L. These two events resulted in monthly average violations for BOB 18.63, NH3N 10.53 mg/L and TSS 6.23 mg/L. These results occurred after the Labor Day weekend when sewage flows reached the highest levels in 2021. We continue to monitor dissolved oxygen and pH levels to reach compliance. The 9-30-21 sampling event was complaint for all parameters with BOD 5.1 mg/L, NH3N <0.1 mg/L and TSS 2.6 mg/L, but all were not enough to reach a compliant monthly average for the month. NOV-2022-LV-0035 Per your letter the 10-7-21 sample event exceeded the daily max for NH3N 6.4 mg/L. The 10-28-21 sampling event exceeded the daily max NH3N 8.8 mg/L. These two events resulted in monthly average violations for NH3N 6.77 mg/L. These results occurred during higher sewage flows. We continue to monitor dissolved oxygen and pH levels to reach compliance. The 10-25-21 sampling event was lower with a NH3N 5.1 mg/L, but not enough to reach a compliant monthly average for the month.
