Colonial Pipeline Company (CPC) received the above -referenced Notice of Violation (NOV) in reference
to the late submittal of Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR) from the facility located at 7524 Kenstead
Circle in Charlotte. The NOV cited the requirement to submit the DMR for the month of June 2021
within 15-days of the receipt of the NOV. The NOV was received by CPC on Tuesday, December 13,
2021. Please note that the requested DMR was submitted to your office on September 1, 2021.
