All requirements for compliance with the Buncombe County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance have been met and the permit for land disturbing shown above are hereby released. Please submit this letter with a copy of the Certificate of Completion that is attached, to DEMLR via deq.nc.gov/NCGO1 to submit an e-NOT for closeout of your State permit. COC Letter Cc: Planning & Development Department William Jason Guess Erosion Control Officer CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL PROJECT NAME: All Ways Heating & Air LOCATED AT: 597 Old Mars Hill Highway, Weaverville, NC LAND DISTURBING PERMIT: ER02020-00003 This is to certify that on the above referenced project, the Land Disturbing activity has been completed, and that the temporary and/or permanent erosion control measures shown on the approved plan have been constructed correctly and that the site has been satisfactorily stabilized except for routine maintenance requirements. With this compliance the County of Buncombe is hereby released from monitoring the enforcement of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance on the above referenced project. W.
