10. Comments: Site closeout was requested. However, as noted on previous inspection report, all remaining
temporary sediment and erosion control measures must be removed before site can be closed
out.
Pictures received on 01/31/2022 showing removal of remaining measures. Close file.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional
self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under
the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities (NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of
Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at:
