This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCSD0093. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The purpose of the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations of the deemed permitted rule 15A NCAC 02T .0403. Staff members of Fortin Contract Service were present during the inspection. All eleven duplex pump stations were inspected and appeared to be in compliance. Records of inspections, the spill response plan, grease/sewer educational flyers and the system map were reviewed and found to be in compliance. A reminder that the grease/sewer educational material needs to be distributed biannually to all sewer users and documented. The auto -dialer was operational when high level floats were pulled during inspection and there was no excessive grease accumulated in any of the wet wells. The Sugarloaf Utility Collection System is compliant with the deemed Permit WQCSD0093. Please review the comment sections of the inspection report for more details.
