Our watershed regulations closely mimic what the State has on several levels so I personally don't have any reservations there. I have copied our engineer, Bill Dreitzler, so that he is also in the loop and provide any additional comment. Let us know if you have any questions. I am emailing in regards to the Duncan's Creek Project. We recently received comments from the State on the Stormwater Application and would like to touch base with you regarding one of their comments. They have asked us to coordinate with Harnett County regarding the small piece of the property within the water supply watershed (northeastern corner of the site). They would like to know if the County is OK with the State performing the review for the entire Site( including the watershed piece) or if the County would like to do a concurrent review. Subsequently, they have asked us to verify with the County and provide the Counties response in our resubmittal. Could we receive feedback regarding this matter? Please see below for a snip of the comment for your reference. ?. Part C2 — Please indicate the appticable stormwater past -construction prour., project.
