Dear Ms. Jones and Ms. Karoly:
After consulting with Darryl Lamb of NC DWQ, we have revised Page 5 of the above
referenced application to correctly reflect the Nationwide permit coverage we are requesting for
this project. The original application requested coverage under Nationwide General Permit #37.
Since this project is funded partially by monies from the North Carolina Clean Water
Management Trust Fund, NW #37 is the incorrect request. We have now corrected the
application to request coverage under Nationwide General Permit #27.
Attached please find the revised page 5 of the 404/401 permit application. Should you
