To whom it may concern,
In accordance with General Permit No. NCG060000, the site completed stormwater
outfall sampling for Quarter 4 of 2021 on November 22th. Lab results were provided on
December 2, 2021. The attached discharge monitoring report documents the results of
the sampling.
Please note that Outfall 002 was not discharging during the sampling event. This has
been noted on the attached Stormwater NPDES Permit Data Monitoring Report (DMR).
