Good morning Bethany, I left you a VM as well. I just wanted to clear up any confusion there may be in regards to
ownership, contacts etc. Dan Lacz, The Silverman Group / SL Management Group LLC is no longer with the company. All
emails and correspondence should be sent to Jimmy Constantakis and myself. I will still be your site contact on this
project. I was previously employed by Intercon who was the potential general contractor for this project and have
recently joined the SL Management team. I have changed teams but still serve the same responsibilities for this site. All

The legal owner entity still remains SL Reedy Fork LLC and SL Management Group manages the development of this site.

It sounds like we need some contact changes for this permit. I just contacted the person on Doug's previous automated
email because it sounded like he wasn't the site contact any longer, but maybe that is not the case? He just has a new
email and is still the site contact? Please confirm who the site contact should be for this project (with mailing address,
phone, and email).
Also, the new legally responsible person needs to fill out the attached form and return it to me so I can make that
change as well. For future reference, that can be uploaded with Mod requests like the one you submitted, but you can
just email this back to me separately and I'll do everything at the same time.
