wastewater collection system extension. This permit shall beeffective from the date of issuance until
rescinded and shall be subject tmthe conditions and limitations axspecified therein, This cover letter
and supplement shall be considered a part of this permit and are therefore incorporated therein by
reference,
it shall be responsibility of the Union County Public Works to ensure that the as -constructed project
meets the appropriate design criteria and rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties inaccordance

Dear Ms. Nagulapally:
Enclosed are the required materials for permitting of a proposed gravity sewer and force
main service connection for a proposed subdivision development in the town of
Weddington called "Vintage Creek." The subdivision consists of 90' homes, based on the
calculated use of 285 gallons per day per housing unit, the project site wilt generate
approximately 25,650-GPD based on flow rates contained with the 02T Rules. Union,
County Public Works has accepted the proposed project water and sewer plan in an
approved utility sketch plan dated March 21st, 2013,
The proposed sever to serve the project is a 6,222-If 8" pvc sewer main that runs through
the proposed subdivision to a proposed on site pump station that includes a 2,476-If 4"
pvc forcemain. The proposed forcemain pumps into the adjacent "Preserve at
Brookhaven" subdivision at which point it enters the existing Union County Public
Works gravity sewer system and ultimately flows to the twelve mite creek wastewater
treatment plant. Please contact me if you have any questions or require additional

is a certification page for your records. A full review of the certification materials may or may not
be conducted. It is assumed that receipt of this certification indicates compliance with all
regulations, design criteria and the permit. However, if a full technical review is conducted, you
will be notified of any items of non-compliance.
Please be reminded that the Permittee is responsible for keeping a copy of the final record drawings
for the life of the project. If you have not received such copy from your consultant, please contact
them immediately to obtain a copy.
Lastly, you are receiving this letter because the Division has you listed as the responsible party. If
