Paul Wilms Director Per your request, October 22, 1987, the Technical Support Unit of the Division of Environmental Management has completed preliminary stream impact analyses for the proposed discharge(s) using a routine Level "B" model. The results of these analyses are attached for your review. As stated, these results are preliminary and should not be considered as a final wasteload allocation. Final wasteload allocations will only be developed after an official NPDES permit application has been submitted along with the required application fee.
