Subject: Request to drop Pickett Hosiery Mills Permit Number 0076
Dear Mr. Montebello,
Pickett Hosiery Mills has ceased discharging process wastewater at their 741 E Webb
Avenue location in Burlington. A final facility inspection was conducted with company
representatives Kenneth Stein, Larry Small, and Rhonda Hollady on January 27, 2022.
All chemicals, machines, and employees have been moved to the industry's new location
at 733 Koury Drive in Burlington. Pickett Hosiery is currently filling out their permit
application to begin discharging at their new location.
Please find enclosed an updated allocation table for the South Burlington Wastewater
Treatment Plant and a SIU Inspection Form.
