Hello Annette, hope you are doing well. We have a new baby, Patrick, that
is 10 days old and keeping us very busy.
We delivered a CD to you on Friday (7/20) for your use on southmoor
subdivision. I'm showing that my submittal package included plan sheets but
please let me know if you need anything. There are 2 crossings at southmoor
(1 of which is a buffered stream). Have a good week. Jay

Panther Rock 07-0453 is active & in Triage for review. Statutory date is
not until 9/3/07
southmoor 07-0358 Annette Lucas, Stormwater Engineer has to review the
stormwater; it is strongly suggested that a site plan for the entire
project including level spreaders at the proposed locations be
submitted. Statutory date is not until 8/27/07
