The treatment system is as described in the permit. Laboratory analytical data were reviewed for the period of June 2021 through December 2021. The facility continues to pass Chronic Toxicity testing. The MRO would appreciate it if we could receive a copy of the 2021 Annual Report for the treatment system as a part of the review process. El • El El Is access to the plant site restricted to the general public? • ❑ ❑ ❑ Is the inspector granted access to all areas for inspection? • El El El Comment: A copy of the NPDES permit was provided to the consultant by MRO staff during the site visit. The permit expiration date is 08/31/2025. The system is in an isolated area of the property. Access to the treatment system is restricted by the public. Access is also limted to workers at the facility. Operations & Maintenance Yes No NA NE Is the plant generally clean with acceptable housekeeping? • El ❑ ❑ Does the facility analyze process control parameters, for ex: MLSS, MCRT, Settleable El El El Solids, pH, DO, Sludge Judge, and other that are applicable? Comment: Very few settlable sediments enter the treatment system. However, 50-micron bag filters are still employed to prevent solids from entering the Air Stripper. MRO Staff reviewed the O&M records from January 2021 through January 2022. The records appear to be complete and in order. The effluent flow meter for the system was calibrated just before MRO staff arrived for the inspection. The calibration records were observed by MRO staff during the Compliance Inspection. The facility outfall has been relocated since the last site visit in 2018 due to erosion at the old outfall. The new outfall location is within approximately 25 feet of the old outfall. No foam, solids, color, or odor was observed at the outfall. Page# 3
