Attached is the submitted Non-404 ePCN application and requested attachments. Additionally, an updated impact table
is attached in PDF format showing the 404/401 wetland impacts in red and the non-404 wetland impacts in black (there
are no 404/401 stream impacts so did not update the stream impact table). The PJD/AJD is included as part of the
attached cover letter as well as the Durham buffer determination, the non-404 permit drawings, and the project plan
sheets. The revised culvert detail requested by the USACE was sent out today (and attached for extra measure).

Good afternoon!
I am beginning my review of the above referenced project and in order to complete the review, some additional
information is required:
1) I know we discussed that this project has Isolated Wetlands & Streams impacts and that an Isolated Wetlands
application was originally submitted separately. It looks like the Isolated PCN didn't get added in as an Additional
Information file to this application in Laserfiche. Can you please send me a copy of that information so I can add
it to the project's file for review? (Additionally, if you could update the impact table to include both the 404 and
the non-404 impacts, that would be very helpful.)

2) It appears that the Jurisdictional Determination from the Corps might be missing some pages. I do not see the
referenced maps nor the Approved & Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination forms attached. Please provide
the Division with a copy of the complete PJD and AJD. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
3) Please provide the Division with a copy of the revised plans requested by the US Army Corps of Engineers via
email on December 6, 2021. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
