It has come to my attention that we have been found to be deficient for the parameter Bis (2-
etheylhexyl) phthalate- concentration (C0100). This is a new add on to our permit issued, to be
effective November 2021. This parameter has been tested prior, but the frequency requirement
was missed this last quarter. I assure you this is now placed on our quarterly calendar and will
not be missed again. The plant ORC has been in correspondence with Lauren Armeni to rectify
this problem Thank you for your cooperation and the help of DEQ.
