Congratulations! Your state has been selected as a potential candidate location for a major
project under the confidential name - Project
Our confidential client, hereafter "Project - and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
("JLL") are pleased to include you in our Request for Proposal ("RFP") process for Project
We recognize and appreciate the team effort that is involved in preparing an RFP
response of this scope. By acceptance of this RFP, you agree to keep the existence of the
RFP and all information and material associated therewith confidential.
The next step will be for your team to fully answer this RFP. Based on these responses,
Project _ will complete an internal review of information submitted to narrow the
candidate locations for future consideration. See the below Project Facts descriptions to
assist your response.
Your RFP response must be provided electronically and the response topics and
questions herein are to be answered and submitted to JLL in a MS Word document
format and the provided MS Word or MS Excel format for the Site Information Request.
Any supporting documents, i.e. maps, graphs or pictures may be submitted electronically in
Adobe PDF format.
It is important to reiterate the requirement for confidentiality of this RFP and that all
communications between and among your project team members and representatives of the

As part of the overall analysis, Project is focused on selecting a location and site which
offers significant financial benefits and the lower ongoing operating costs. From a broad
perspective this includes all levels of ongoing logistics, taxation, real estate, user permits and
fees, utilities, etc.

or before the close of business on June 30, 2021.
No commitment or obligation arises from the distribution of this RFP, nor from the delivery of
any response thereto. Project may accept or reject any or all responses to this RFP,
even if all stated requirements are met. No binding commitment or obligation shall arise
unless and until such time as a definitive agreement relating to any transaction is executed
and delivered by the parties thereto.
Project _ retains all rights, without the requirement of any prior notice, to amend or
revise this RFP from time to time or to withdraw it in part or in its entirety at any time,
whether prior to the delivery of any response hereto or at any time after a response is
received.

Any information contained in this RFP or any additional information provided by Project
in accordance herewith is reasonably believed by Project to be correct as of
the date it is delivered. However, any such information may, from time to time, be revised,
supplemented or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Project
All costs associated with the preparation of a proposal in response to this RFP will be borne
solely by the responding party. Any such proposal shall become the property of Project
and the Company reserves the right to use any concepts or ideas contained therein
without incurring any liability for such use.
All information contained in this RFP is proprietary to Project and shall be treated as
confidential by the receiving party. Except as may otherwise be required by applicable law,
neither the existence of this RFP nor the contents hereof may be disclosed to any third party.
However, the receiving party may make this RFP available to such other persons who have a
need to know in order to assist in the preparation of responses to this RFP. The receiving
party shall remain obligated to ensure compliance with these confidentiality requirements by
any person to whom this RFP is made available pursuant to the preceding sentence.
