I've discussed the NW permit numbers with Chris Hopper. The NW 29 is sufficient to cover all the impacts
including the sewer line, please disregard the recently attached front page of the PCN adding a NW 12 for the
sewer impact..

2) Impact 3 is a utility crossing, I have attached a revised PCN impact table and revised PCN front page adding
NW 12 for the sewer impact. (see revised PCN attachment).
3) This is a permanent impact. The sewer easement permanent impact corridor is 20 feet wide noted on the 12-
7-21 additional information attachment (also sent through laser fiche today).
4) We don't have any temporary impacts.
