In response to your Request for Additional Information letter dated February 17, 2016, we offer
the following:
1. 15A NCAC 02H. 1003 (g)(9): Provide the recorded deed restrictions and protective
covenants. As an alternative, revised proposed deed restrictions and protective covenants
to include lot 96 and a signed agreement to provide the fmal recorded documents shall be
accepted when final documents are not available at the time of submittal.
Per02H.1003(d)(1) and (2), the permit requires recorded deed restrictions and protective
covenants to ensure that the development activities are maintained consistent with the
approved plans and specs.
• Enclosed are revised proposed deed restrictions and protective covenants to
include lot 96. Since the Plan Revision application was being reviewed, the
owner/developer has rotated lots 242 and 243 to front Yorke Meadow Court.
Enclosed are revised plans reflecting aforementioned revisions.

The Wilmington Regional Office received and accepted a State Stormwater Management Permit Plan
Revision Application for The Village at Motts Landing Phase 2B on December 29, 2105. A preliminary
in-depth review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. The following
information is needed to continue the stormwater review:
1. 15A NCAC 02H.1003(g)(9): Provide the recorded deed restrictions and protective covenants. As
an alternative, revised proposed deed restrictions and protective covenants to include lot 96 and a
signed agreement to provide the final recorded documents shall be accepted when final
documents are not available at the time of submittal. Per 02H. 1003 (d)(1) and (2), the permit
requires recorded deed restrictions and protective covenants to ensure that the development
activities are maintained consistent with the approved plans and specs.
Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review. The
requested information should be received in this Office prior to March 18, 2016, or the application will be
returned as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate resubmission of all required items,
including the application fee.
If you need additional time to submit the information, please mail, email or fax your request for a time
extension to the Division at the address and fax number at the bottom of this letter. The request must
indicate the date by which you expect to submit the required information, which shall be no later than 30
days past the original due date. The Division is allowed 90 days from the receipt of a completed
application to issue the permit.
