Since you have indicated the necessity for three then 1 propose that 1 install a third somewhere strategically between the two that already exist. One culvert is situated at the start of the gradient and the other is situated at exit of the curve presently. One question. Would it be allowed to place rip rap at the discharge of the culverts to help prevent erosion of the soil? 1 will await your instructions and answers. Respectfully, Trevor P. We need to you give us more detail on a couple of items. An e -mail in response to this will satisfy what we need for the record. The items we need to address are: 1) How are you going to restore the area (fill) that is already there in the road? You will need to go down to the natural grade or contour. 2) How are you going to stabilize the fill slopes? The type of material being used (crushed gravel) is not conducive to stabilizing with vegetation. 3) Please clarify the number of culverts that you are installing and approximate locations. You need to have one in the finger and at least three in the longer impact (Brad and I cannot remember how many you have already installed). We need you to be aware of these things and that they will be a part of the permit conditions. Again, if you have questions please call myself or Brad. I also apologize for the delay in responding to the application as I previously mentioned that Brad and I were in a workshop this week. Thank you! When the work is done then what? Hope you guys enjoy a nice weekend for a change. Trevor
