Please find attached the November 2021 Stormwater Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports for the Duke
University Transportation Maintenance Garage. No flow occurred during the month of November in order to
perform analytical sampling. We will continue to monitor rainfall at the site in order to collect the next
quarterly sample at SDO1 and SD02.
