By copy of this correspondence, the Sassarixa Swamp II (DWR ID# 2019-0661) Year 1
Monitoring Report is approved. Please provide confirmation of bond renewal and then DWR can
proceed with the issuance of the credit release. It is recommended that Wildlands scan the
bond and email to me directly in addition to mailing a hard copy.

DWR authorizes a 20% bond reduction in the current bond amount for the Sassarixa
Swamp II bond associated with the buffer mitigation and nutrient offset bank site only.
