APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF NC EEP MITIGATION PAYMENT DUE DATE
Dear Mr. Callaway:
On July 26, 2007, the Division of Water Quality received your letter dated July 23, 2007, regarding an
extension to the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-referenced project as required in Condition
No. 6 of your 401 Water Quality Certification, issued to you on June 13, 2007. You have requested that
the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-referenced project be extended. The DWQ will hereby
grant this request with receipt coming within 30 days of issuance of the 404 Permit.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-
referenced project as required in Condition No. 6 of your 401 Water Quality Certification and does not
authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested
within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Mr. Ian McMillan or me at
