The below bullet list details findings from the field meeting. The below table lists the mitigation ratio assigned to each stream and wetland.  An additional segment of SV was found to be a jurisdictional, non- mitigable stream by the USACE. It was determined to be an intermittent stream by the NCDWR and is therefore subject to DWR stream mitigation at a 1:1 ratio according to 15A NCAC 02H .0506(h). This segment of SV was surveyed after the meeting and added to the Final JD Appeals Map. This segment is the upstream most segment of SV.  A reach of SV previously identified as ephemeral was determined to be Intermittent by the NCDWR. This feature has perennial segments up and downstream of it and carries a mitigation ratio of 2:1.
