Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Please provide the revised Application and Supplement-EZ Form. These items were requested as part of the request for additional information letter and were referenced in the response to comments, but were not provided in either the hard copy submission or the electronic submission. Some of the comments/responses could not be reviewed since these items were not provided. - Original Comment 3 —There still appears to be a discrepancy between the BUA within the drainage area to the proposed SCM in the submission items: o Required Storm Volume calculation page — BUA = 344,472 sf o SCS Curve Number calculation page — BUA = 344,932 sf o Application, Section IV, 10 — BUA = 347,932 sf (since an updated version was not provided in this submission). o Supplement-EZ Form — BUA = 319,423 sf (since an updated version was not provided in this submission). - Original Comment 13.b.ii.1—An updated version of the Supplement-EZ Form was not provided so this item could not be reviewed. - Prior Comment 5 — An updated version of the Supplement-EZ Form was not provided so this item could not be reviewed. - Prior Comment 6.b —There still appears to be a discrepancy between the BUA amount as shown on the SCS Curve Number calculation page and the other submission items (see earlier comment). - Prior Comment 6.c—The existing BUA as shown on the SCS Curve Number calculation page still appears to be 60,588 sf (the response to the comment indicates that the value had been revised to 54,000 sf, to coincide with the Supplement-EZ Form). - Prior Comment 7 — Please provide an additional set of the revised plan sheets (C-3.0, C-5.3, & C-6.1). A single set of these plans was provided with the 11/15/2021 resubmission, however we require two hard sets of plan sheets (We keep one on file in the regional office and send one to the permittee for their records). Please provide the following: - 1x hard copy and 1x electronic copy of the revised Application. - 1x hard copy and 1x electronic copy of the revised Supplement-EZ Form. - 1x hard copy and 1x electronic copy of the revised calculations. - 1x hard copy of the revised plan sheets (C-3.0, C-5.3, & C-6.1). Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: For Fed Ex/UPS: Jim Farkas 512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640E Raleigh, NC 27604 For USPS: Jim Farkas 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal 30-45 day review.
