has received a copy of your Request for More Information letter dated Apri15, 2007 and that we anticipate finalizing
the necessary revisions and submitting our response to your office by Apri130, 2007. Therefore, please do not
"withdraw" this project from the 401 Water Quality Certification review process, we would like to continue through
this review process and ultimately receive the NCDWQ approval.
