will be accepted until 30 days
after the publish date of this

(DWR) may hold a public
hearing should there be a
significant degree of public
interest.Please mail comments

This facility discharges treated
domestic wastewater to the
Little River in the New River
Basin. Ammonia Nitrogen,
fecal coliform, and total
residual chlorine are water
quality limited.This discharge
may affect future wasteload
allocations in this portion of
the New River Basin.
