Dear Sir,
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a draft Bank Parcel Development Package
(BPDP) for the Anderson Farm II Site (Site) in 2021, for review and approval under the terms and
conditions of the Anderson Farm II Mitigation Banking Instrument for Riparian Buffer and Nutrient
Offsets (MBI) which was received on July 6, 2021. Effective January 27, 2022, the MBI was made
and entered into by Wildlands Holdings III, LLC (Wildlands) acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the
DWR. DWR reviewed the BPDP and MBI documents and provided comments and
recommendations. DWR received a revised BPDP and MBI that addressed all comments and
recommendations. The table below summarizes the timeline of the BPDP and MBI:
