Bioretention Operation and Maintenance Agreement for
8909 Oxbridge Ct., Raleigh, NC 27613
The bioretention cell established at 8909 Oxbridge Ct will be maintained on a regular basis. In
accordance with the maintenance schedule as recommended by the North Carolina
Cooperative Extensive (http: / /www.bae.ncsu.edu/ topic /raingarden /maintenance.htm).
Once the bioretention cell is established, it will be inspected monthly and within 24 hours after
every storm event greater than 1.0 inches. The inspection will look for damage both to the
earthen berm and the plants within the garden.
