The following are the response comments for the above -mentioned project. Our response comments are in bold.
STORMWATER PROGRAM

1. If the future development portion of the property will be sold off or subdivided, please provide original signed &
notarized deed restriction documents limiting the BUA (https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-and-
land-resources/stormwater/stormwater-program/post-construction-program/post-construction-forms).
McAdams Response: The property is in the process of being subdivided and lots recombined and the plat
has been submitted to Town of Bunn for review and approval. This document will be provided when the
plat is approved.
2. Please provide a phone number and email address for the property owner (Section III, 2b of the Application). We
use this information to get a hold of the property owner if we need to with regard to the permit and we also
send an electronic version of the final permit to the property owner for their records.

3. 1x hard copy of the pending sales agreement. This item is required per Section III, 1c of the Application and 15A
NCAC 02H .1042(2)(c).

4. 2x hard copies of a full-sized plan sheet showing the following (NOTE: Only updated plan sheets need to be
provided, we do not require brand new sets of plans):
> Drainage area map for the proposed wet pond. This item is required per Section VI, 8o of the Application and
15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(iv). It is noted that drainage area maps are provided in the stormwater report,
however this requirement specifies that the drainage area maps should be provided as part of the full sized
plan set.

McAdams Response: Two sealed copies of sheet C9.05, Post Development Drainage Area & Built Upon
Area Map is included with this submitted.
> Please sign the plans. This item is required per Section VI, 8 of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g).
McAdams Response: Per email with Mr. Farkas, two complete sets of sealed plans are provided for
review.
5. Section I, 4 — The provided coordinates do not correspond to the project location.
McAdams Response: Coordinates have been revised to reflect the main entrance to the project location
and a new page 1 of application is provided with this submittal.
