However, when, where and how have yet to be determined. The owner needs to talk with ONWASA and a design engineer as soon as possible to decide how & where it will connect so a decision can be made about the current pump station serving the park. Either this pump station is going to have to have major work done to pump to an ONWASA pump station near the park's entrance or be replaced with a new one adajcent to it that is either owned/operated by ONWASA or the park and pumps to ONWASA's system some distance away. The Regional Office will want a written plan submitted within 90 days detailing the future of this station and planned upgrades of it if to remain in service. In any case, Rexon is going to have to start managing and inspecting its sewer system to meet the minimum requirements of 2T Section 403 which have been enclosed. In the interim, the existing pump station needs to have the wet well pumped out and the building cleaned out within 10 days of receiving this report & Notice of Violation. Comment: Station has never been visited by DWQ. Duplex station enclosed in cinder block building that has locked access door. Station is not posted and has no alarms present. Both pumps present, but only one connected. Wet well full of solids and hole has rotted through steel tank wall above concrete floor. Solids present on floor indicative of past overflow(s) and never cleaned up. In addition, grease, rags, toilet paper, etc. to top of pumps & wet well. Electrical does not appear to be up to code.
